Amazing 👏

Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.

Today’s International Self-Care Day 🤗 – and self-care isn’t just bubble baths and early nights (although we love those too 😴!). It’s the small, positive choices you make every day and choosing the support that helps you feel your best ❤️.

Great food & fun Kilcohan Park Greyhound S last night with my Slimming World family.. 20 of my Saturday morning members &we had a great time 🙏 our group is about more than just weight loss (we do that pretty well too though 😀) its about community &surrounding yourself with like minded people who just get it! Come along to the Viking Hotel on Saturday morning 7.30am 9am&10.30am & let's get ready for our Christmas party night 🎄 🤣

Incredible 😲 so true.... your weekly fee covers SO much more than a weekly weigh in...support from a fully trained consultant &a wonderful group of like minded people, access to the app which includes activity videos, recipes &our podcast..and don't forget when you reach YOUR dream TARGET weight...youre a free member 🙌

A very colourful start to July 🫣
Had the most amazing weekend kicking off my holidays at Take That in Dublin Saturday night... back on it today as I've a tricky wk ahead...cheesy beans&toast for breakfast, managed to squeeze in a spin class before lunch, chicken &cous cous salad for lunch, bacon and chorizo pasta for dinner (5swips), followed by my 1swip version of Eton mess, found this lovely little bottle of rosé for 9swips ending my day bang on 15 🙌

Today's meals...boiled egg&toast for breakfast, salad(1swip for mayo) &broghies (1swip)for lunch, my version of carbonara for dinner (1he calcium choice for charleville black pepper spreadable cheese&1swip for Philadelphia) delicious 😋❤️
