I never mind the holiday gain because I know once I get home I'll be back food optimising 100%.
The results speak for themselves 😀

I had lots on this week, that's summer. I planned and prepped for it all because this week I WANTED a weight loss. Enjoyed an overnight in Dublin, had a 21st, attended a concert another evening and another a BBQ.
