🚫 HYPNOSIS MYTH BUSTER #10 – Does Hypnosis Mean You Are Asleep?
One of the biggest misconceptions about hypnosis is that you're asleep during the session.
The truth is... you're not.
During hypnosis, you're in a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. You remain aware of what's happening, you can hear my voice, and you stay in control throughout the session.
Many people describe hypnosis as feeling like they're deeply relaxed while still knowing exactly what's going on around them.
You're free to speak, move, ask questions or end the session whenever you choose.
Remember:
✅ You are awake and aware.
✅ You remain in control.
✅ Hypnosis is focused relaxation—not sleep.
The more people understand what hypnosis really is, the more confident they feel about trying it.
