This lady,presented with pain and swelling in her Rt wrist.We performed Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSK-US) for diagnostic purpose, which confirmed severe inflammation in joint and accumulation of inflammatory fluid(Effusion).
MSK-US is very good bedside tool to differentiate between different causes of joint pain.
