💊 Blister Pack Service Available at Careline Pharmacy

At Careline Pharmacy, we are committed to helping our patients take their medicines safely and correctly.

We provide a Blister Pack (Monitored Dosage System) service for patients who would benefit from organised medication.

For patients whose Blister Packs are not funded by PCRS, we are currently providing this service at no additional charge.

If you, a family member, or a carer would like to find out whether this service is suitable, please speak to a member of our pharmacy team. We are happy to help.

🌿 Hay Fever Season Is Here! 🌿

If you’re struggling with sneezing, itchy eyes, a runny nose, or congestion, you’re not alone. Pollen levels can be particularly high during this time of year.

Tips to Help Manage Hay Fever

✅ Check daily pollen forecasts and try to limit outdoor activities when pollen counts are highest.

✅ Keep windows closed at home and in the car, especially during the early morning and evening when pollen levels can be high.

✅ Wear sunglasses outdoors to help reduce pollen getting into your eyes.

✅ Shower and change clothes after spending time outside to remove pollen from your hair and clothing.

✅ Avoid drying clothes outdoors during high-pollen days.

✅ Use saline nasal rinses to help wash pollen from the nasal passages.

✅ If symptoms are persistent, speak to your pharmacist about suitable treatments such as:

* Antihistamine tablets
* Antihistamine eye drops
* Nasal sprays
