ng returned from working in the UK for 10 years, after gaining a wealth of knowledge in the National Health Service (NHS), and the private sector. As well as treating individual clients, John also runs Pilates classes and Mobility classes in the clinic studio; works with local teams to run fitness testing and develops short term or long-term training programmes based on the sport. John is a keen sportsman himself, heavily involved in Gaelic Football (GAA), Rugby, Cross Fit and Triathlons. Education:
