Join me for a beautiful hour of relaxation, inspiration, healing, and soul nourishment.
Each week we will gather in a safe and supportive space to reconnect with ourselves through spiritual guidance, meditation, healing sound, affirmations, and heartfelt community connection.
If you are unable to attend live, don’t worry — a recording of the session will be sent to you so you can experience it in your own time and at your own pace.
