✨ What is an Aura? ✨

An aura is the energetic field that surrounds everything on this beautiful, mystical planet.

Our aura can sometimes contract during times of grief, self-doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, or when we are moving through challenging seasons of life. At other times, it can become expansive and radiant when we feel aligned, connected to our purpose, working towards meaningful goals, and surrounded by people and environments that nourish our soul.

A few years ago, I wrote a children’s book called A Time for Us, which gently introduces young minds to the concept of their aura and emotional wellbeing. Through simple stories, children learn that just like our bodies need care, our energy does too. The book offers easy, practical tools to help children reconnect with themselves and shine brightly once again.

The next 6-week yoga term at Bhakti Healing begins the week of 29th June, and there are just a few mat spaces remaining.

🌿 Monday Flow Yoga – 10:00am
🌿 Tuesday Flow Yoga – 7:00pm
🌿 Wednesday Yin Yoga – 7:00pm

These classes are designed to help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Each practice concludes with a beautiful relaxation in Savasana, infused with sound healing frequencies to support rest, restoration, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, modifications can be offered to meet your individual needs, allowing you to move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for your body.

💫 Investment: €90 for the 6-week term

✨ Reiki Top-Up Attunement Day ✨

A Reiki Top-Up Attunement is offered approximately 2–3 months after your Reiki training and forms an important part of your Reiki journey.

All students who train with me are invited to return for a complimentary top-up attunement. This is not because your Reiki has “run out” or because you have done anything wrong; rather, it is an opportunity to reconnect, realign and deepen your relationship with the energy.

Top-ups are not only for recent students. They can also be incredibly beneficial for Reiki practitioners who have been working with the energy for many years and feel called to replenish their own reserves. Just as we recharge our phones, our nervous system, physical body, emotional body and energetic body can also benefit from being recharged and nourished.

Think of it as plugging yourself back into Source, allowing yourself the space to rest, receive and remember the essence of this beautiful practice.

If you have completed Reiki Level 1, 2 or 3 and missed your scheduled group top-up attunement, I kindly ask that you take ownership of arranging an alternative date. One of the many teachings of Reiki is personal responsibility and accountability for our own journey.

I truly believe that the top-up attunement helps bring the Reiki circle to completion. It is a valuable and often overlooked part of the training process, helping students to integrate their learning and strengthen their connection to the energy.

If distance prevents you from attending with your original teacher, consider reaching out to another teacher within your Reiki lineage who may be able to support you.

I do not charge for Reiki Top-Up Attunements. Instead, I simply ask that you pay the energy forward in a way that feels meaningful and aligned to you.

It is so important to make time for the Divine when working with energy.

To pause. To give thanks. To offer gratitude. To release anything gathered during a session that does not belong to us, and to honour the messages, wisdom, and healing that may have come through for those we serve.

I am continually reminded that we are simply conduits for something far greater than ourselves. It flows from a place that our human minds may never fully comprehend, yet it can be deeply felt within our hearts.

For every client I have had the privilege of working with, I am profoundly grateful. In many ways, they have been an ember of light in my own moments of darkness, and I hope that I have been the same for them. There is always a beautiful exchange taking place.

This path has taught me that healing is rarely one-sided. We meet each other exactly where we are, and through that meeting, something sacred unfolds.

This world is beautiful, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to share Reiki with others.

The lotus flower is born in the darkness, rooted deep within the mud. Yet despite its surroundings, it continues to rise, reaching towards the light until it blossoms into its full expression.

For me, the lotus is a powerful symbol of awakening. It reminds me of the awareness that is beginning to emerge within humanity when we consciously reconnect with Source, when we choose to walk with God, live in alignment, and open ourselves to the wisdom that exists beyond the physical world.

The lotus was the very first vision I saw during my Reiki Level 1 attunement. Little did I know then the depth of meaning it would come to hold throughout my journey. Our conscious and subconscious minds communicate through symbols, archetypes, and imagery. Spirit has often spoken to me in this language. I don’t always understand every message immediately, but I have learned to trust that each symbol carries a layer of wisdom waiting to unfold.

The lotus also reminds me of the Crown Chakra the thousand-petalled lotus that resides at the top of the head. It is the space through which divine energy descends and flows through us, whether we are receiving a healing session, moving through yoga, sitting in meditation, or simply whispering a prayer in the quiet moments of morning or night.

To me, the lotus is a sacred reminder that even in the deepest darkness, light is always present. That beauty can emerge from struggle. That growth often begins beneath the surface long before it is visible to the world.

May we trust our unfolding.
