👂 WHAT IS EAR-WAX REMOVAL?

Earwax is completely normal. It helps protect and clean the ear canal, so it doesn’t need to be removed unless there is a build-up.

Excess wax may cause:

🔹 Muffled or reduced hearing
🔹 A blocked or full sensation
🔹 Itching or discomfort
🔹 Ringing in the ear

At your appointment, we examine your ears first. If wax removal is necessary, we may use:

💧 Irrigation — a gentle, controlled flow of warm water used to flush out softened wax.

🔍 Microsuction — a precise suction method used to remove wax while we look directly into the ear.

If there isn’t a build-up, we won’t remove the healthy wax your ears need.

Meet my little helper (and part-time marketing manager 🤭). Addie insisted on doing the voiceover, and I think she might have a future in advertising!

The kids spent a little bit of their school holidays helping me freshen up our downstairs treatment room with a new coat of paint and some colourful footprints on the wall. 🩵👣

It’s the same treatment room many of our patients use, with just two small steps to access it. There are handrails for support, and Pepe is always happy to help anyone who would like a hand getting in safely.

Sometimes it’s the little touches that make the clinic feel even more welcoming. 😊

This lovely patient came in feeling quite nervous about having their nails trimmed, worried it would be painful.

I’m happy to say they were pleasantly surprised! 💙 They didn’t feel a thing and left saying their feet felt so much lighter and that they were “walking on air.” ☁️👣

Sometimes something as simple as a routine nail trim can make a huge difference to your comfort and confidence.

If you’re finding it difficult to cut your own nails, they’re becoming thick, or you’ve been putting it off because you’re worried it might hurt, please don’t suffer in silence. I’ll take the time to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible throughout your appointment.

✨ From blocked to crystal clear hearing! 👂

Poor Pepe had a stubborn clump of earwax that was affecting her hearing. A quick combination of irrigation and microsuction and it was gone… completely painlessly! 🙌

Safe to say she’s hearing everything again now… including everyone else’s phone calls! 😂📞

That lovely feeling of sand between your toes isn’t just relaxing…

Last night we had the privilege of attending the South East Radio Customer Service Awards 2026. ✨

To be recognised alongside so many outstanding businesses from across the South East was something we are genuinely proud of. The evening was a wonderful celebration of local businesses, hard work, teamwork, and the people behind them.

A huge congratulations to all of the finalists and winners. 👏

Most importantly, thank you to our amazing team. This nomination was a reflection of the positive, supportive, and enjoyable workplace culture that we have built together. 💙
