In January 2012, we relocated to our new purpose built medical centre, where we continue to provide high quality patient centered healthcare. The Faythe Medical Centre serves the population of Wexford town as well as some of its surrounding areas. New guidance from CERVICAL CHECK has come to our attention advising that any use of vaginal lubricants, oestrogen creams/pessaries be avoided for 48 hours prior to attending for a smear test appointment. Please bear this in mind when attending and please forward on to all your friends

Our Christmas Memory Tree is up bearing the names of patients from the surgery who have passed away in 2025. If you would like to add your loved one’s name to our tree we have labels etc at reception. We are raising money this year for Wexford Mental Health Association. Please leave a contribution in our collection bucket. We will be making our own donations instead of sending Christmas Thank You cards.
