There’s a desire I’ve carried in my heart for a while now: to share The Catholic Guide through Anxiety with the Spanish-speaking community, in their own language.

Puerto Rico is part of my roots, and coming back here with my family, this book in my hands, felt like more than a visit — it felt like a purpose fulfilled. I know so many people carry anxiety in silence, without resources that speak their language and their faith. This book was written for them.

Getting to share it here, in the land of my family, is one of the greatest gifts of this trip. 💛

Puerto Rico isn’t just a vacation for me — it’s home in my blood.

This trip with my family was a chance to walk the streets my roots come from and let my kids feel that connection too. And it’s part of why La Guía Católica para atravesar la Ansiedad means so much to me — knowing this book can reach the Spanish-speaking community, the community I come from, in their own language, is one of the greatest gifts of this whole journey.

From Anxious to Anchored isn’t just my story — it’s for every corazón que necesita esperanza. 💛

Anxiety is a liar. It tells you you’re alone, that you need to have it all figured out, that feeling this way means you’re failing somehow. Scripture says otherwise. 💛

If this resonated, The Catholic Guide through Anxiety was written for exactly this moment — link in bio📖

As a counselor, wife, and mother, I’ve learned that peace isn’t something we stumble into — it’s something we tend to, gently, day by day. A quiet moment with Scripture. A breath before responding instead of reacting. A prayer whispered in the car line. These small, faithful moments are how we train our minds toward peace, just like we’d train our bodies toward strength.

I’ve had the honor of carrying this message to women around the world as an international Catholic speaker — because no matter where we’re from, our hearts are all longing for the same anchor.

If your mind feels weary today, be gentle with it. And know you’re not doing this alone. 💛

I’d love to share this heart with your community too — reach out anytime, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. 🕊️

This one is personal.

The perfect birth plan you never got to use.
“Code Blue” blaring through your room. Waking up to find out your son may never leave the hospital. And a phone call about your dad’s relapse.

The perfect storm that brought me to my knees.

“I identified myself as the daughter of an alcoholic.”

That was the label I carried for years. It shaped how I saw myself, how I loved others, and whether I let myself be loved back.

But God had a different name for me. Not “daughter of an alcoholic.” Daughter of the King.

Healing didn’t erase my story — it just stopped letting my story have the final word. 👑

If you’ve ever let something painful define you, I hope this is the reminder you needed today. 🤍

I chose Mary Magdalene as the Saint of my work because, despite her own past struggles and mistakes, Christ chose her to be present at the moment of the world's redemption.

The message is that no matter what we've done or what we're going through — good days or bad — we can always come to the foot of the cross, because there's no judgment there, only Christ's invitation to draw near to Him.🤍
