You’ll hear us talking about Juice Plus products. Meal-replacement shakes and fruit and vegetable supplements. They’re amazing.

I’ve been taking the supplements since March and I’ve had big physical changes. Literally, I only need 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night and I’m fine. My whole life I’ve needed 8 hours. 7 1/2 hours or less and I’d be exhausted and usually with a headache. I have more energy with less sleep. I’ve also been allergic to garlic my whole life. I’d get headaches and dizzy and feel crappy. After taking the supplements, I can eat almost anything. For about 20 years before this, my diet was very limited. I could never go out to eat unless it was something I knew, like breakfast foods. Now I eat interesting foods when I go out and eat foods with garlic.

Now, to clear up any mystery, this post sounds like an ad because it is. To run an ad, you need to first make a regular post, and then turn it into an ad. So this is an ad. Secondly, the name of the product isn't in the post purposely because ads mentioning the name of the company need to be approved through very specific channels. So instead, here's the info and you can message me and I'll post about it later when it's not also an ad. That being said, it's the best nutritional company I've personally experienced and I'll post my wins on it at a later date (including the fact that with one of their other products, I only need to sleep 5 hours a night when for my whole life I always needed 8 hours, or else I would really feel the effects of it. I would be unable to function on 5 hours and I would have headaches pretty much every time that would happen). But it is one of the largest nutritional companies in the world and very popular with those who have personally tried it, like myself. (And the name of the company does not start with the letter H and rhyme derbalife).
