A lot of people have shoulder tension over the holidays. I really like this point. This point is one of the busiest intersections in the body. Every single Yang channel crosses here. If you want to do a lot of good throughout the body, needle Stomach 12.

It's especially great for shoulder tension because it effects the SI, LI, TE, and GB channels.

If you are rubbing someone's shoulders over the holidays, be sure you add a little love to Stomach 12. It will be tender, so be careful. Don't push too hard.

Кубик Рубика знают все, но не каждый сможет его собрать! А вот, спецы могут собрать его за 20 секунд. Не верите?

Рассказать вам, как собрать кубик Рубика ?

1. Крест. Нужно на одной из кубических граней, обычно на верхней, собрать крест, состоящий из 5 фрагментов. Для построения креста выбирается любой цвет, один фрагмент которого расположен посередине грани, и затем вокруг него строится крест.

Метод сборки креста отличается в каждом конкретном случае, общей методики сбора креста нет. Для более быстрого сбора кубика необходимо сложить правильный крест, когда ветки креста имеют продолжение на следующих гранях, состоящее из двух одинаковых фрагментов кубика.

2. Второе и третье действие похожи, так как они нацелены на послойную сборку кубика. На втором действии необходимо собрать сторону, на которой уже есть крест, полностью, то есть вся сторона должна быть одного цвета. Причём, нужно, чтобы фрагменты кубика по бокам образовывали пояс, расположенный около уже собранной грани.

3. Третье действие, это продолжение второго, где нужно собрать второй пояс.

4.5. Четвертое и пятое действие - это зеркальное отражение первого и второго действий: на четвертом пункте необходимо собрать крест на стороне, противоположной той, на которой собирался крест на первом действии, а на пятом действии надо полностью собрать эту сторону. Теперь можно перейти к шестому действию.

6.7. На шестом действии нужно расположить в правильном порядке угловые части кубика, чтобы все три их стороны подходили по цвету к граням. В таком случае можно перейти к седьмому действию. Кубик почти собран, осталось только расположить боковые части кубика (у которых две грани) по местам, чтобы они соответствовали граням кубика.

После этого кубик Рубика будет окончательно собран.

Минимальное количество ходов, необходимых для сборки кубика Рубика - 23.

Изрядно потренировавшись, вы будете укладываться в минуту.

Hemorrhoids are horrible!!!

Most people wouldn't consider seeing an acupuncturist for hemorrhoids because their first thought would be a needle in the hemorrhoid. OUCH!!!

The good news is you don't have to go near the hemorrhoid to treat it. The most effective points aren't even close to the area of pain. BUT--they work!

I have patients who swear by acupuncture for many ailments because I first fixed their hemorrhoid. Do your friends and family members know that you can fix that pesky little hemorrhoid? Spread the word now, so they know who to call later!

Have you ever needed to needle these points for a patient? THEY HURT!!!!

Do you treat morning sickness in your clinic? Acupuncture is amazing for morning sickness. Sure wish I had known about acupuncture when I was having babies!

AcuGraph has a great reference section as a quick go to for emergency situations. This week I had a patient come in with morning sickness. After balancing the graph I treated these classical morning sickness points.

The good news is that I found them with a click of the mouse instead of needing to go and look in a reference book. ~Kimberly
