שלושה חודשים בלבד לאחר ניתוח הצערת פנים משולב בשיטת Deep Plane Face Lift עם מודיפיקציה ייחודית לד"ר פיכמן מסוג Frame Lift.
במקרה זה בוצע שילוב של מספר פרוצדורות כירורגיות במקביל, לצורך הצערה והרמוניזציה של הפנים והצוואר והאזור הפריאורביטלי.

במהלך הניתוח בוצעה הרמה במישור עמוק של רקמות הפנים, המאפשרת שינוי מבני משמעותי תוך שמירה על מראה טבעי ולא מנותח.

Just three months after a comprehensive facial rejuvenation procedure using the Deep Plane Face Lift technique, combined with Dr. Fichman’s proprietary Frame Lift modification.

In this case, multiple surgical procedures were performed concurrently to achieve comprehensive rejuvenation and harmonious enhancement of the face, neck, and periorbital region.

The procedure included deep-plane elevation of the facial tissues, allowing for significant structural repositioning while preserving a natural, unoperated appearance. In addition, a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and an upper lip lift were performed to create overall balance and refinement of the facial expression.

As part of the treatment protocol, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy was also incorporated to support tissue healing, improve skin quality, and enhance regenerative processes.

חמישה חודשים לאחר ניתוח אף אולטרסוני בגישה פתוחה למטופלת שהגיעה עם סטייה של האף לשמאל, מבנה אף ארוך, קצה אף צנוח ומראה נשרי דומיננטי.
במהלך הניתוח:

Five months after open ultrasonic rhinoplasty in a patient who presented with a left-sided nasal deviation, an elongated nasal structure, a ptotic nasal tip, and a dominant aquiline profile.
During the procedure:
The deviation of the nasal dorsum was corrected, and the dorsal lines were refined to create a softer and more harmonious transition. The nose was shortened, the tip was elevated, and the bulbous tip was refined, achieving precise and natural definition.
