Yesterday, we joyfully celebrated the Feast of St. Louis and 175 years of dedicated service, compassion, and care.

It was a beautiful celebration led by His Beatitude Cardinal Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, and concelebrated by our distinguished guest, His Eminence Cardinal Woelki, Archbishop of Cologne, who joined us from Germany.
For 175 years, we have been blessed to be a source of care, compassion, and hope—walking alongside those entrusted to us and bringing life, dignity, and love to every day. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, attended, and helped make this celebration so meaningful. 🎉🎊

In the heart of Jerusalem stands the historic Chapel of Saint King Louis IX at the French Hospital.

Built in 1881 by the French Count Amédée de Piellat and entrusted to the Sisters of Saint Joseph of the Apparition, this chapel has welcomed generations of Christian patients seeking comfort, prayer, and spiritual support.

For more than a century, it has remained a sacred place of peace and hope.

Today, time has taken its toll, and the chapel urgently needs restoration to preserve its beauty, uniqueness, and spiritual heritage for future generations.
