🙋‍♀️"I see bleed during ovulation- is that normal?"

🙋‍♀️"I sometimes skip a month- what does that mean?"

🙋‍♀️I spot before and after my period- is something wrong?"

Woman often ask me these questions, and I had them too. They are great questions, but hard to answer without knowing a wider range of details.

I have found that through uterine/abdominal massage and listening to the body, women discover what their own healthy cycle looks like. 🌺
What I have learned is that a woman might have a very healthy cycle, and it will look different than what is described in text books. Furthermore, what is healthy in one woman might be a sign of something irregular in another.

Massage is an opportunity to become fully aware of the reality of our bodies. We exist in bodies. Its where we live, where we spend all our time.

(Not sure I love "only if" statements, but I think its worth thinking about!)

May your month be filled with lots of giggles, fresh air, and new planners. In another month some of us (ahem ahem, me) may take ourselves a bit too seriously, so let the laughing at ourselves when we make mistakes start now 🍻

I feel everything in my stomach.
When I'm excited, when I'm worried, when I'm stressed, when I'm hopeful- I feel it all in my stomach. Sometimes those emotions find ways to express themselves physically- sometimes one may feel indigestion, maybe constipation, maybe IBS...just like the muscles in our back, legs, and neck become tight and stiff, the muscles in our stomach become tight as well and out of balance. With the help of firm yet gentle touch, these stomach muscles can relax, loosen, and be restored to balance. This type of stomach massage has the potential to be more of a גוף/נפש treatment, or if you'd rather just rest, fall asleep, and not speak at all, I totally support that too.
