Zir Chemed Zir Chemed - Brightening the path to parenthood Fifteen percent of all couples face the heart-wrenching journey of infertility.

Therapeutic procedures can be painful; the fees prohibitive and the waiting and hoping an emotional roller coaster. For religious Jewish couples infertility can present even greater obstacles; rabbis may be unaware of the nuances of this highly specialized field of Jewish law and doctors are unfamiliar with couple’s special needs. Since 1996 Zir Chemed has helped thousands of Jewish couples resolve their infertility needs by reconciling the complex and sometimes competing demands of science; Halacha (Jewish law) and human emotions. The medical staff of nine - including physicians; research scientist; fertility psychologist and privately trained medical secretaries provides medical treatment and emotional counseling within a Jewish framework.

Our annual 48-hour fundraising campaign is live!

WHY IS THIS CAMPAIGN SO IMPORTANT?

Because when couples face the painful struggle of infertility, Zir Chemed shows up. We're the only halachic fertility clinic in Israel open on Erev and Motzei Shabbos and Chag. Even more, our incredible staff is at the clinic late into the night, supporting couples when no one else can, when everyone else is sleeping.

Together, we were there when it mattered most. Let’s be there again — and if this is your first time joining, now is the perfect time to help us achieve our goal of raising $60,000.
