Pre-natal massage | aromathetapy Hi, I’m Chedvah Ittah Weitz.

I grew up in South Africa in a family of healers—my grandmother, father, and uncle all practiced various healing arts. As a massage therapist, I use my hands and feet along with bars on the walls to provide an effective massage treatment that targets every muscle group. I have mastered various massage techniques that enhance all my treatments. I am also a reflexologist and aromatherapist, bringing a holistic approach to my practice. My passion is to help women—whether they are athletes, pregnant, or at any stage of their lives. I also provide specialized care for women with medical issues. Additionally, I am a doula and childbirth educator. I am currently preparing for my Lamaze childbirth exam this month. I am also studying Sarga Bodywork, a unique massage technique where I tie rope to the massage table.

Let me elaborate …

💚 1. Supports Your Immune System
Massage can help ease sinus congestion and promote more comfortable breathing. Working on the chest, neck, and sinus areas, combined with essential oils and reflexology, can encourage relaxation and support your overall well-being.

🧘‍♀️ 2. Helps Regulate Your Nervous System
When your nervous system is calmer, you may feel less stressed, less irritable, more patient, and have more energy and emotional capacity for the people and things you love.

💪 3. Helps You Function at Your Best
Whether you have a physically demanding job or struggle with everyday aches and pains, massage helps relieve tension, ease discomfort, and encourage deep relaxation. You don’t want to go through life feeling 3/10 when you could be feeling closer to 10/10!

Making massage a regular appointment in your diary gives your body the opportunity to rest, recover, and keep up with everything life demands of you.

❤️ Massage isn’t just a luxury. It’s an investment in your quality of life.

I see it all the time in my work -how much we carry in our bodies without even realizing it.

Stress, frustration, rushing, constantly needing to be somewhere or do something. And eventually, we start carrying that tension into the way we interact with the people around us.

I don’t think taking care of yourself is selfish. Sometimes taking an hour to exhale, recover and let go means you go back into your life a little softer.

And maybe we could all use a little more of that.

You know when you eat chocolate and you’re sad it’s over… but then you remember you can always have more tomorrow? 😂🍫

That’s why massage doesn’t really have to end.

Okay, it does 😜… but there’s always next week. Or in two weeks. Or next month.

I think part of learning to take care of ourselves is learning to be consistent with the things that actually make us feel good.

Not just doing them once when we’re completely exhausted, stressed or in pain - but actually putting them in the diary.

Booked. Planned. Part of the routine. ❤️

So when we’re having a bad week, we know there’s something coming up that’s just for us.

And even better… maybe we can prevent ourselves from getting to that completely depleted place in the first place.

That’s a huge part of what I believe in with massage: consistency, maintenance and prevention.

Because the things that make us feel good don’t have to be once-off. 🫶

I’m a big believer in strengthening the side body — especially when we’re working on better support around the QL, hips and lateral thigh.

Side planks and controlled side-body strengthening are some of my favorites. I also love using a Pilates ball and combining movement with 360° breathing and pelvic floor coordination — focusing on connection and control, not just strength.

Bodywork in the clinic is one part of what I do. I also love helping you strengthen and support your body between treatments.

That’s exactly what my Movement Membership is for 🤍

You can join now and head into the new year feeling stronger, more connected to your body, with simple workouts you can actually do from home.
