I HAVE A GIFT FOR YOU ALL!!
I made something I’m really proud of 🤍

Attachment styles have become part of everyday language:

“He’s avoidant.”
“I’m anxious.”
“We’re doomed.”

And my personal favorite: “Just learn secure attachment,” like it’s something we read about and then master 😅

The labels can be useful, but the actual experience of attachment is so much deeper than the label.

Your attachment style is the intelligent way your system learned to respond when love felt uncertain. It shaped what you notice, what feels dangerous, what you reach for, and what you protect.

And it can change.

I created a free guide that brings the foundations of attachment together while also exploring what often gets left out: what your pattern is protecting, how it shows up in your body and relationships, why understanding it intellectually is not always enough, and how a more secure way of relating begins to grow.

This guide holds so much of what I care about in my work: understanding ourselves with depth, without turning our patterns into diagnoses or proof that something is wrong with us.

You can download it through the link in the comments, or comment **GUIDE** and I’ll send it to you 💌

Building this space has asked me to become more visible, more precise, and less afraid of saying what I actually think.

So yes, I’m marking 500. 🤍🥳

Thank you for being here, reading, sharing, responding, or simply staying curious. This space is still growing, and so am I.

Where are my overthinkers, pattern-trackers, insight pros at?

The ones who have done the reading.
The therapy.
The podcasts.
The late-night analysis.

We see the pattern.
We name the wound.
We connect the dots fast.

And still, the loop repeats.

The reaction comes back.
The body tightens.
We choose the familiar road before the mind has time to interrupt it.

That is where the work levels up.

Insight needs integration.

Because understanding lives in the mind.
Integration happens through the body, the nervous system, the choices we repeat, the relationships we practice, and the moments where another part of us finally learns something new.

If you recognize yourself here, this is exactly the territory I work with.

If you want to learn how to move from self-understanding to embodied change, I’m here.

There is always a trigger before a transformation.
A person.
A loss.
A realization.
A crack.

Part II is about catalysts.
An entrance that allows something to finally move

Cupo limitado a 10 participantes.
Locación: Ramat Gan.

I used to interpret these moments as “something is wrong with me.”

The tightening. The rushing. The looping thoughts. The body bracing for impact.

In the clinic, I hear the same story in different shapes, from very capable people.

When the load is higher than the range, the nervous system does what it was designed to do: protect, mobilize, compress.

That’s not a personality flaw.

That’s a system trying to handle more than it can currently hold.

Have you ever looked “fine” on the outside while your body is doing emergency management on the inside?

Have you learned to override the signs until you hit a wall?

If this feels familiar, you’re exactly who I’m writing for.

Regulation is not about staying calm.
It’s about capacity.

What many people call regulation is really the search for relief.
For quiet.
For things to finally slow down or stop.

But a calm nervous system that cannot tolerate pressure is not regulated.
It’s fragile.

Regulation isn’t about freezing life.
It’s about expanding what you can stay with.

So how does capacity actually expand?

12/01/2026

Everyone talks about “regulating the nervous system” as if it’s a place you either reach or fail to reach. As if calm is the proof that something is working. As if activation automatically means something is wrong.

From my own life, and my work with patients, I’ve come to see something else. What we often call regulation is a moment of relief. A pause. A brief settling. And then life continues exactly as it is, and the system returns to guarding, bracing, pushing.

When you hear “your nervous system is dysregulated,” does it feel like a phrase you’re expected to understand without being given the map? Like there’s a destination everyone keeps pointing to, and you’re still missing the coordinates. If that resonates, follow along. I’m sharing my way of understanding what regulation actually means in the body, in real life, beyond quick fixes
