Orly Kuperard Holistic Nutrition & Naturopathy Working together to create the perfect balance in our lives to restore optimal health & wellbeing. E Health is creating balance in our lives. Orly οΏ½

Naturopathy is about understanding the root of our imbalance in order to know how best to treat and heal ourselves using a variety of practices where needed. It is learning to listen to ourselves, our bodies, allowing our intuition to guide us. Health does not only come from the food we eat and the exercise we do, but also understanding our choices, how they make us feel and why? Health is our tho

ughts, mindset and attitude in all areas of our lives. In essence it is how we choose to take care and support ourselves. We are all on our own unique journeys and paths in life. Each of our bodies will express it's needs in different ways and gives us clear signals when there are imbalances, whether it be digestive issues, allergies, anxiety, skin problems etc...

I am a qualified naturopathic doctor in training, completing my 4 year naturopath degree ND at the Reidman college in Tel Aviv. Currently, I am certified to offer the following services;

Nutrition: Making sure we love and enjoy the food we eat, as food is our best medicine. I will equip you with educated guidance, therapeutic knowledge and provide structured meal plans best suited to your health and well-being. Bach remedies: Flower essences to heal emotional imbalances. A beautiful and safe way to treat ourselves at times of need, whether it be big or small i.e. stress overload, lack of confidence, a mental block, a broken heart, anger issues etc. Aromatherapy: Blending of essential oils for physical and emotional ailments as well as self-care rituals. Essential oils have the ability to enhance our energy, rejuvenate, balance and calm us. Emotional eating therapy: Working to break old thought patterns and past beliefs that are no longer needed. Not necessarily only related to food but can also relate to other habits or addictions we may have and want to break free of. Herbalist in training: Using traditional medicinal herbal formulas for treatment. The plant world is full of active ingredients with an array of healing benefits that work together with our bodies to self-heal. Iridology in training: Diagnosis by reading the iris of our eyes. Please contact me by email or send me a private message for any advice or questions you might have. I look forward to working together, making you the best possible you.

COLD HERBAL TEA- Make a refreshing blend of herbal tea to keep you hydrated during these long hot summer days. Pick a few of your favourite herbs, rinse, add to a jug and fill up to a 1/4 with boiling water (you could add honey here if you’d like it to be sweet). Let it stand and brew for about 5 mins until there is a good strong colour. Then pour over with cold water and add ice. 🌿 It’s so refreshing with delicate flavours and the herbs add extra cooling properties too.

A great way to get in a good dose of magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium, omegas, B vitamins and fibre by making this batch πŸ™ŒπŸΌ. You can swap the oil for coconut oil if you prefer and even make it savoury by leaving out the maple syrup and by adding a blend of your favourite spices πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Banana & Tahina cookies that are so simple to make!πŸͺ 🍌⭐️
1. Mash 2 large ripe bananas
2. Add 2 cups of rolled oats
3. Add a generous dollop of good quality tahina or any other nut butter
4. Add any extras you want: I used 70% dark chocolate chips and sprinkled frozen raspberries.
5. Roll into balls and press down to make them fairly flat on a baking tray.
6. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 mins/ until they look ready and keep stored in the fridge.
