Since within the next 2 weeks we will all be in the midst of cleaning for Pesach, I have included an attachment about how to protect ones back during Pesach cleaning. You may put it on your fridge so your whole family will not get back pain this year, from Pesach cleaning.

We have been recommending Traumille for a long time. It is a homeopathic cream to reduce swelling and the effects of trauma.

It is generally used instead of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs NSAID like Volterin.

Here we see research showing traumille has the same healing effect as NSAID but doesnt have the side effects eg effect on the stomach and allergies.

Does osteopathy help for slipped discs in the long term?
