Why does early skin lymphoma look like eczema, and how can modern biologics change what we see?

Studies led by Shamir Geller at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center that dupilumab, a widely used biologic for atopic dermatitis, may unmask pre-existing cutaneous T-cell lymphoma rather than cause it.

Published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, and American Journal of Clinical Dermatology, this body of work highlights how early skin lymphoma can closely resemble eczema, delaying diagnosis even in specialist care.
