בכל מקרה שאני בוחנת, השאלה הראשונה שמנחה אותי היא:
"מהו הטיפול שייתן למטופל/ת את התוצאה הטובה ביותר לטווח הארוך?" הניסיון המקצועי מלמד שלא כל מצב מחייב ניתוח, ולא כל פתרון טכנולוגי אפשרי הוא גם הפתרון המתאים. ניסיון אמיתי אינו נמדד רק ביכולת לבצע ניתוחים מורכבים, אלא גם בשיקול דעת, ביושרה מקצועית ובאומץ לומר:
"יש דרך נכונה וטובה יותר, לאו דווקא החדשה, המורכבת או היקרה ביותר."

אני מאמינה כי גם לבעיות מורכבות ניתן למצוא פתרונות פשוטים, מדויקים ונכונים. זהו המוטו שמלווה אותי לאורך כל הדרך. החלטה נכונה מתחילה באבחון מדויק, ממשיכה בשקיפות מלאה, ומסתיימת בהתאמת הטיפול למטופל ולא להפך. המטרה אינה לבצע יותר טיפולים, אלא להשיג את התוצאה הנכונה ביותר עבור כל מטופל/ת.

True expertise is measured not only by the ability to perform complex surgical procedures, but also by sound judgment, professional integrity, and the courage to say

“There is a better way, one that is not necessarily the newest, the most complex, or the most expensive.”

I firmly believe that even complex problems can often be solved through simple, precise, and well-considered solutions. This philosophy has guided me throughout my professional journey

The right decision begins with an accurate diagnosis, continues with complete transparency, and ends with a treatment plan tailored to the patient, not the other way around

רבים חושבים שניסיון הוא מה שהופך אותנו לטובים יותר, אני מאמינה שזו דווקא הסקרנות.
חזרתי מכנס ה European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED)- שבו אני חברה מן המניין, active member, עם תזכורת פשוטה אך חשובה: ככל שאנחנו מתקדמים יותר, כך חשוב יותר להמשיך להקשיב, ללמוד ולהיחשף לרעיונות חדשים.
