Yesterday we gathered with therapists from different parts of the world to explore anger in relationships — not only as an emotional reaction, but as a doorway into attachment, protection, fear, longing, and connection.

Thank you for your openness, depth, and willingness to enter this work together.
These meetings continue to remind me how meaningful it is when learning becomes a shared human experience.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and wonderful weekend.
Warmly,
Gabriel

In the therapy room, anger often appears as the problem.
But more often than not, it’s only the doorway.

Beneath it, there is attachment, fear, longing… and a body that remembers everything.

The question is not how to silence anger,
but how to work with it in a way that opens connection instead of breaking it.

This is where the real work begins.

You’re warmly invited to join us, alongside dozens of therapists from 15 different countries.

Georgia learns BP4C ✨
Over the past days in Georgia, we explored the living loops that shape relationships — the patterns couples repeat again and again, often without knowing why.

Together we looked at attachment history and the wounds we carry into intimacy. We explored what happens in the space “between the words”, where the body, breath, emotions and old defenses often speak louder than language.

We worked with somatic defenses, learning how the body protects us, but also how these protections can keep us distant from the connection we long for.

For me, one of the most meaningful parts was watching the group move from reactivity toward connection — through awareness, mindfulness, and the simple act of following the body and the breath.

I leave Georgia deeply moved, grateful, and inspired by the openness, courage and humanity of everyone who joined us.
