En bloc resection of en plaque sphenoid wing meningioma with skull reconstruction .

מטופלת בת 37, עם גידול שפיר על שם קברנומה מערבת את הרצועה המוטורית מימין, עברה ניתוח לאחר איתור המיקום המוטורי המדויק של היד והפנים( מסומנים בכחול) דרך בדיקת אמ אר אי תפקודי מיוחד , הניתוח בוצע תחת ניטור ממושך , לאחר הניתוח המטופלת שוחררה במצב כללי תקין . #37 year old lady presented with left sided numbness and facial weakness , underwent mri that showed a premotor and motor area cavernoma, Fmri Dti showed exact facial area ( deep blue- tumor involves superio-medial Margine) pyramidal tract appears near by with the light blue coloring ..
3 months post mri shows total resection, patient was discharged home totally fine on pod 4 .
