Knee Replacement के बाद कार कब चला सकते हैं? इस वीडियो में डॉ. अरुण गुप्ता बता रहे हैं कि Knee Replacement के बाद कार चलाना कब शुरू किया जा सकता है और Automatic व Manual Car में क्या अंतर रहता है।

आमतौर पर Knee Replacement के लगभग 15–20 दिन बाद कार चलाना शुरू किया जा सकता है। शुरुआत में Traffic-Free Roads पर Practice करना बेहतर रहता है। Automatic Car चलाना थोड़ा आसान हो सकता है, जबकि Manual Car में बार-बार Clutch और Brake दबाने से पैर में Fatigue या हल्का दर्द हो सकता है।

हालांकि, Driving शुरू करने से पहले अपनी Recovery और डॉक्टर की सलाह को जरूर ध्यान में रखें।

काफी समय से घुटनों के दर्द के कारण श्री उमाशंकर जी के लिए चलना-फिरना और रोज़मर्रा के काम करना मुश्किल हो गया था। दर्द इतना बढ़ गया था कि ठीक से चलना और सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ना भी परेशानी भरा हो गया था। इसके बाद उन्होंने वरिष्ठ जॉइंट रिप्लेसमेंट सर्जन Dr. Arun Gupta से परामर्श लिया और पहले एक घुटने का ऑपरेशन कराने के बाद दूसरे घुटने का भी Robotic Knee Replacement कराया।

Knee Replacement के बाद स्कूटर या मोटरसाइकिल कब चला सकते हैं? 🛵 इस वीडियो में डॉ. अरुण गुप्ता बता रहे हैं कि Knee Replacement के बाद दोपहिया वाहन चलाने के लिए कितना इंतज़ार करना चाहिए और किन बातों का ध्यान रखना जरूरी है।

आमतौर पर Knee Replacement के लगभग 1 महीने बाद Self-Start स्कूटर या मोटरसाइकिल चलाना शुरू किया जा सकता है। हालांकि, शुरुआत में ऐसे वाहन का इस्तेमाल करें जिसमें Kick लगाने की जरूरत न पड़े। लगभग 3–4 महीने बाद, डॉक्टर की सलाह के अनुसार Kick-Start वाहन भी चलाया जा सकता है।
