In 1997, I chose the path less traveled.

While finishing my Master’s, most of my colleagues were opting for Cataract surgery—the "safe" and established choice. But during my final paper, I came across the emerging world of Laser Technology.

I was fascinated. While others saw a "risky" niche, I saw a future where people could wake up and see the world without reaching for glasses.

That essay wasn't just a grade; it was the blueprint for my life. It led me to become the first Laser Surgeon in Baroda and eventually to opening my own center in Shastrinagar, Ahmedabad.

29 years and 30,000+ refractive surgeries later, the technology has evolved, but my conviction remains the same: Vision is the greatest gift, and it deserves the best technology.
