🎗️ કેન્સરની સારવાર પૂરી થઈ એટલે સફર પૂરી થઈ — એવું નથી.

ઘણા દર્દીઓ સારવાર પછી સારું લાગતાં follow-up ધીમે ધીમે છોડતા જાય છે. પરંતુ કેન્સરમાં નિયમિત follow-up સારવાર જેટલું જ મહત્વનું હોઈ શકે છે.

🔎 Follow-up દરમિયાન કોઈ નવો ફેરફાર કે recurrence વહેલો શોધી શકાય છે.
⏰ વહેલું નિદાન થાય તો ઘણી વખત સારવારના વિકલ્પો વધુ સારા રહે છે.

એટલે એક વાત યાદ રાખજો:

“The biggest mistake a patient can make?
Miss a follow-up.”

સારું લાગતું હોય, કોઈ તકલીફ ન હોય — તો પણ તમારું scheduled follow-up ચૂકશો નહીં.

🎗️ Cancer treatment may end. Follow-up shouldn’t.

Once patients start feeling well, it is easy to postpone—or eventually stop—regular follow-ups.

But follow-up isn’t just a routine visit. 🔎 It can help detect recurrence or a new problem before it becomes obvious, when treatment options may be better.

So even when you feel perfectly well:

Don’t miss your scheduled cancer follow-up.

Because sometimes, the most important appointment is the one you think you no longer need. 💜

😷 ગળામાં દુખાવો એટલે હંમેશા ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી… પરંતુ ક્યારેક તે શરીર આપતો મહત્વનો સંકેત પણ હોઈ શકે છે.

મોટાભાગે ગળાનો દુખાવો સામાન્ય ઇન્ફેક્શનને કારણે થોડા દિવસોમાં મટી જાય છે.

પરંતુ જો…

🔸 ૨ અઠવાડિયાથી વધુ સમય સુધી દુખાવો રહે
🔸 ગળવામાં તકલીફ થાય
🔸 અવાજમાં સતત ફેરફાર રહે
🔸 ગળામાં ગાંઠ અનુભવાય
