How & when to consume these foods for constipation 👇

1. Pear + 1 tsp flaxseed powder
Have 30 minutes before breakfast. Sprinkle roasted flaxseed powder on top.

2. Beetroot + carrot juice
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning, about 20–30 minutes before breakfast. Prefer fresh juice without straining the fiber or you can strain and add 50% fibre back in the juice.

3. Chia seed water
Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in water for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) and have it 30 minutes before lunch or mid-morning. Don’t forget to drink enough water throughout the day.

4. Soaked figs (Anjeer)
Soak 2–3 figs overnight and eat them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also drink the soaking water.

5. Soaked black raisins
Soak 10–15 black raisins overnight and have them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can drink the soaking water as well.

Pro tip: You don’t need to eat all 5 in one day. Pick 1–2 options daily, drink enough water, and include fiber-rich meals for the best results.
