As a PMOS girl, one thing I’ve learned over the years is this — your first meal of the day really sets the tone for your energy, cravings, hormones & mood ✨🤍

This has become my go-to summer breakfast because it’s:
✔️ Protein packed
✔️ Gut friendly
✔️ Keeps me full for hours
✔️ Helps balance blood sugar
✔️ Easy to make even on busy mornings

And the best part? It tastes like dessert while nourishing your body 🌼

🥣 My PMOS-Friendly High Protein Breakfast Bowl
(Approx. 35 gm protein)

✨ Ingredients:
• Greek yogurt
• 1 scoop unflavoured plant protein
• 1 tsp overnight soaked chia seeds
• 1 tsp mixed roasted seeds
(sunflower + pumpkin + flax)
• Crushed nuts
(5 almonds + 2 walnuts)
• Mango chunks
• 15 gm granola (without added sugar)

✨ How I make it:

1. Blend together Greek yogurt, plant protein, soaked chia seeds & mango chunks.
2. Pour into a bowl.
3. Top with roasted seeds, crushed nuts, extra mango pieces & granola.
4. Serve chilled 🌿

This combination gives a beautiful balance of:
🤍 Protein
🤍 Healthy fats
🤍 Fibre
🤍 Slow energy release

Perfect for summers, especially when you want something cooling, filling & hormone-friendly ☀️

PCOS is now being referred to as PMOS — Polycystic Metabolic O***y Syndrome 💗

Why the change?
Because this condition is about much more than just “ovarian cysts.”

The newer term highlights that PCOS affects the entire body — including:
• Metabolism
• Insulin resistance
• Hormonal balance
• Weight regulation
• Skin & hair health
• Fertility
• Mental well-being

The word “metabolic” helps bring attention to the root issues many women experience but often go undiagnosed for years.

✨ What stays the same?
You. Your strength. Your journey.

✨ What changes?
A more accurate, inclusive, and holistic understanding of the condition — leading to better awareness, earlier diagnosis, and improved long-term care.

Remember:
Having PMOS/PCOS does NOT define you. With the right lifestyle support, medical guidance, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, symptoms can absolutely be managed effectively. 🌸

Save this post to spread awareness and share it with someone who still thinks PCOS is “just about periods.” 💕

C-section or spinal anesthesia is often blamed for lifelong back pain — but that’s a myth.

The real reasons? Poor posture after delivery, weak core muscles, and nutritional deficiencies like low calcium and Vitamin D.

Your body goes through a lot during pregnancy and childbirth. Without the right posture, support, and recovery care, back pain can develop over time — regardless of the mode of delivery.

The good news? It’s preventable.

Focus on correct posture while feeding, safe lifting techniques, gradual core strengthening, and a nutrient-rich diet. Small changes can make a big difference in your long-term health.

To the women who nurture everyone around them — today is for you. 🤍🌸

To my new moms navigating sleepless nights and healing bodies — you are stronger than you think.
And to my young patients — don’t forget to check in on the women who once put your needs before their own. Encourage your mothers to prioritize their gynec health, regular check-ups and self-care too.

Because a healthy woman is the heart of a healthy family. ✨

Happy Mother’s Day to every mother, mother figure and woman caring for others every single day. 🤍

The casual way antibiotics are being used today is honestly worrying.
Not every cough, cold or sore throat needs antibiotics — and incomplete courses make things even worse.

Use antibiotics responsibly. 🤍
