Brain surgery in 2017… and today, motherhood. 🙏
This pregnancy carried every red flag —
a prior neurosurgery, IUGR, a breech baby, and low amniotic fluid.
Today, by C-section, a healthy 2 kg baby arrived safely. ❤️
And the one line every waiting family prays to hear —
"Don't worry… everyone is fine."

गर्भावस्था में Cervical Stitch क्यों लगाया जाता है? 🤰

अगर पिछली Pregnancy में गर्भाशय का मुंह समय से पहले खुलने या बच्चे के नीचे आ जाने की History रही हो, तो अगली Pregnancy में Cervical Insufficiency की संभावना को ध्यान में रखते हुए Cervical Cerclage यानी Cervical Stitch पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

Cervical Stitch के अलग-अलग प्रकार होते हैं, जैसे Vaginal Cerclage और Laparoscopic Cerclage। कौन-सा विकल्प सही रहेगा, यह आपकी Pregnancy, Cervical Length, पिछली History और डॉक्टर की जांच के आधार पर तय किया जाता है।

Stitch लगने के बाद हर महिला को लंबे समय तक Bed Rest की जरूरत हो, ऐसा जरूरी नहीं है। लेकिन शुरुआत के दिनों में पर्याप्त आराम और डॉक्टर द्वारा बताए गए Follow-up बेहद महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं।

इस केस में सबसे जरूरी बात है कि माँ और बच्चे की Safety को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सही समय पर सही निर्णय लिया जाए. ❤️

માસિક સમયસર ન આવે એટલે હંમેશા Pregnancy જ હોય એવું જરૂરી નથી. 🤔

ઘણી વખત Hormonal changes, Ovulationમાં ફેરફાર, ઉંમર પ્રમાણે Ovaryની કાર્યક્ષમતામાં ઘટાડો અથવા Progesterone જેવી દવાઓના કારણે પણ માસિકમાં વિલંબ થઈ શકે છે.

તેથી તરત ગભરાવાની જરૂર નથી. ❤️
સૌથી પહેલાં યોગ્ય તપાસ અને જરૂરિયાત મુજબ Sonography/Test કરાવવું મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે.

જો તમને પણ માસિકમાં વિલંબ, Pregnancy અંગે ચિંતા અથવા Hormonal સમસ્યા હોય, તો યોગ્ય તબીબી સલાહ લો.

One of the most challenging endometriosis surgeries — successfully completed LIVE today in Sonipat. 🎥🔬

Today, I had the privilege of operating on an extremely difficult case of endometriosis with severe infection, inflammation and dense adhesions during a Live Surgical Conference in Sonipat.

Cases like these test not only surgical skill, but also patience, anatomical understanding and decision-making at every step.

When the disease is difficult, the responsibility becomes greater.
And when you operate LIVE in front of fellow surgeons, every step becomes an opportunity to share, teach and learn.

Grateful that the surgery was completed successfully. 🙏

For me, advanced endometriosis surgery is not just about removing disease—it is about restoring anatomy, preserving function and giving the patient the safest possible outcome.

Some places you once dream of learning from… and one day, life gives you the privilege of standing there and teaching. ❤️

Today was one such special moment for me at the prestigious Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, where I had the opportunity to share my experience on TLH in Endometriosis.

As doctors, we grow up hearing about institutions that represent excellence, academics and generations of medical learning. Standing at this podium today with my name in front of me was a deeply satisfying moment.

From learning every step of surgery…
to performing complex surgeries…
and now sharing those experiences with fellow colleagues — the journey has been beautiful.

गर्भावस्था में जब दो बच्चों की pregnancy हो, तो हर report को लेकर चिंता होना स्वाभाविक है। ❤️🤰🏻

इस case में parents की सबसे बड़ी चिंता थी दोनों babies की genetic health को लेकर।

NIPT जैसी screening tests pregnancy में chromosomal abnormalities के risk का अंदाज़ा देने में मदद करती हैं। लेकिन screening और definitive diagnosis अलग-अलग चीज़ें हैं। अगर screening में कोई concern सामने आता है, तो twins pregnancy में यह समझना भी जरूरी होता है कि concern किस baby से संबंधित है। ऐसी स्थिति में आगे की जांच का निर्णय specialist की सलाह और पूरी clinical situation के आधार पर लिया जाता है।

लेकिन हर possible complication के बारे में पहले से सोचकर परेशान होना भी जरूरी नहीं है। हर report का मतलब problem होना नहीं होता। सबसे जरूरी है कि pregnancy को step-by-step monitor किया जाए और जरूरत पड़ने पर सही समय पर सही investigation की जाए।

माता-पिता के लिए मेरा संदेश हमेशा यही रहता है
हर report आने से पहले डरना नहीं है, और हर report को ignore भी नहीं करना है।

Medical science में जो जांच जरूरी है, वह करेंगे; जो decision जरूरी होगा, वह सही समय पर लेंगे। बाकी अनावश्यक चिंता छोड़कर pregnancy की इस खूबसूरत journey को सकारात्मक तरीके से आगे बढ़ाना है। ❤️

સિઝેરિયન પછી અઠવાડિયું પથારીમાં રહેવું પડે — આ વાત હવે સાચી નથી.
આ પોસ્ટ-ઓપરેટિવ રાઉન્ડ ઓપરેશનના 16 કલાક પછીનો છે. કેથેટર નીકળી ગયું, દર્દી જાતે ચાલ્યાં, અને તબિયત સંપૂર્ણ સ્થિર.
Early mobilisation after a Caesarean section is not bravery — it is protocol. It lowers the risk of clots in the leg veins, settles bloating faster, gets bowel function back sooner, and lets the mother start breastfeeding earlier. Good tissue handling in theatre and a planned pain-relief regime are what make it possible.

“Grade 4 Endometriosis પછી પણ માતૃત્વનું સપનું સાકાર થઈ શકે છે ❤️

Severe endometriosis, frozen pelvis અને chocolate cysts જેવી જટિલ પરિસ્થિતિ વચ્ચે laparoscopic surgery દ્વારા disease clear કરી, anatomyને શક્ય તેટલી normal કરવામાં આવી. ત્યારબાદ IVF દ્વારા મળ્યો સૌથી સુંદર પરિણામ — Twins! 👶🏻👶🏻❤️

આજે સફળ LSCS બાદ એક દીકરો 2.1 kg અને દીકરી 2.3 kg, બંને સ્વસ્થ અને ખુશ છે. અને સૌથી મોટી ખુશી — મમ્મી પણ સંપૂર્ણ સ્વસ્થ છે. ❤️

Grade 4 Endometriosis એટલે માતા બની શકાતું નથી એવું નથી. યોગ્ય evaluation, યોગ્ય treatment અને pregnancy દરમિયાન close monitoringથી આશા જીવંત રહે છે.

જો તમને severe period pain, endometriosis અથવા IVF સંબંધિત મુશ્કેલી હોય, તો તેને “normal period pain” સમજીને અવગણશો નહીં. વહેલું evaluation ખૂબ મહત્વનું છે.
