This was a special case involving a cystic lesion associated with the lower right third molar (wisdom tooth).
What made the case particularly challenging was the aggressive nature of the lesion and its involvement with the underlying Inferior Alveolar Nerve (IAN)—a major nerve that supplies sensation to much of the lower jaw and the teeth.
