👁️ क्या आपकी आँखों के सामने काले धागे, मकड़ी के जाले या छोटे-छोटे धब्बे तैरते हुए दिखाई देते हैं?
इन्हें Eye Floaters कहते हैं।
अधिकांश Floaters सामान्य होते हैं, लेकिन यदि अचानक बहुत सारे नए Floaters दिखाई दें, उनके साथ Light Flashes हों या नज़र के सामने पर्दा आने लगे, तो यह Retinal Tear या Retinal Detachment का संकेत हो सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में तुरंत Retina Specialist से जाँच कराएँ।

🚨 Gym lovers, this is one fitness mistake that can cost you your vision.
Heavy weight lifting with a closed mouth (Valsalva maneuver) can suddenly increase pressure inside your eyes. In susceptible individuals, this may lead to: 🔴 Valsalva retinopathy (bleeding inside the eye) 🔴 Retinal tears 🔴 Retinal detachment (in high-risk individuals)
💨 Breathe during every lift. Don't hold your breath while straining. Train smart, not just hard.
If you notice: ⚠️ Sudden floaters ⚠️ Flashes of light ⚠️ Blurred vision ⚠️ A curtain-like shadow in your vision

A laser beam directed into the eye can cause a retinal burn within seconds.

Many parents are unaware that high-powered laser pointers and laser toys can permanently damage the retina — the delicate tissue responsible for vision.

⚠️ Warning signs after laser exposure: • Sudden blurred vision • Dark spot in the center of vision • Distorted vision • Difficulty reading

Children may not immediately report these symptoms, making prevention even more important.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Keep laser devices away from children and never allow them to point lasers at anyone's eyes.

Protecting vision is always easier than treating vision loss.
