Zydus cath lab is now fully equipped with addition of a new latest AI powered ULTREON 2 (Latest version of Coronary OCT, an imaging system).

It’s an updated version of OCT, featured by AI mediated auto calculation of vessel diameters, assessment of the extent of calcification and peri-procedural optimisation of angioplasty results.

Technologically our cath lab is equipped to tackle any type of complex coronary disease with the help of IVUS and OCT imaging, Rotapro (Rotational atherectomy device) for calcium debulking and IABP / ECMO for very high risk patients with unstable hemodynamics.

A case of TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation )…

A 77 years old lady with severe aortic stenosis, presented with acute coronary syndrome, recurrent pulmonary edema and heart failure.

Treated with angioplasty to two coronary arteries followed by TAVI procedure after 2 weeks.

Dramatic improvement in clinical symptoms with disappearance of aortic valve gradient and regurgitation and significant reduction in secondary mitral regurgitation.

Thankful to the patient and her relatives for their trust and support. Thanks to our dedicated and skilled cathlab staff and special thanks to Dr Manik Chopra for his guidance.

63 years old gentleman, Post CABG 2012, Came with acute heart attack, which was caused by sudden occlusion of venous graft to right coronary artery. Successful angioplasty to occluded graft was done..

1 year follow up of a young girl operated here at Zydus hospital, by Dr Sandeep Agarwala for VSD related bacterial endocarditis with large vegetations in right ventricle and aortic/mitral valve. She presented to us in a septic shock with severe anemia, acute renal failure and severe respiratory distress. Was discharged after almost 1 month of hospitalisation. Now completely asymptomatic off any cardiac or other medicine.
