Natural Pregnancy chahiye? Ye 3 baatein kabhi mat bhoolna!

• Cycle ko samjho, guess mat karo. Ovulation har woman mein 14th day par nahi hoti. Fertile window track karna zaroori hai.

• Timing sahi rakho. Ovulation se 2–3 din pehle aur 1 din baad pregnancy ke chances sabse zyada hote hain.

• Body weight aur PCOS ko ignore mat karo. Underweight ya overweight dono ovulation ko affect kar sakte hain. Hormonal profile check karwana bhi important hai.
