Ca p***s aksar miss ho jata hai, kai bar patient sirf penectomy karwa ke bhool jate hai, aise me aapko pata hona chahiye ki, treatment uske aage aur bhi hai, maine iss patient ka biopsy check kiya stage T2 aya, to Dubara operation Ka bola jisme thigh ka Lymph node nikala wo bhi Laparoscopic tarike se jo apne aap me ek alag aur difficult surgery tha, jisse urology ke language me VEIL (video endoscopy inguinal Lymphadenectomy) bolte hai, khas bat ye bhi hai ki ye surgery bhi enough nahi, iske bad bhi agar lymph node biopsy me positive aya to ek aur surgery karna chahiye jisko (PLND) bolte hai.
Batane ka maksad ye hai ki cancer p***s ko achhe kisi expert ko dikha kar hi operation karwaye half treatment se cancer jaldi phail jata hai.
