माँ और शिशु के लिए उच्च रक्तचाप की जटिलताओं में निम्नलिखित शामिल हो सकते हैं -

माँ के लिए - preeclampsia, eclampsia, स्ट्रोक, जन्म देने के लिए प्रसव शुरू करने के लिए दवा देने की जरूरत और placental abruption (गर्भाशय की दीवार से placenta का अलग होना)।

बच्चे के लिए - समय से पहले delivery (गर्भावस्था के 37 सप्ताह से पहले जन्म) और जन्म के समय कम वजन होना।

गर्भावस्था के दौरान उच्च रक्तचाप के सबसे आम प्रकार हैं -

Chronic hypertension: गर्भावस्था से पहले या गर्भावस्था की शुरुआत में (20 सप्ताह से पहले) उच्च रक्तचाप। जिन महिलाओं को क्रोनिक उच्च रक्तचाप है, उन्हें गर्भावस्था के दूसरे या तीसरे तिमाही में preeclampsia भी हो सकता है।

Gestational hypertension: यह स्थिति तब होती है जब आपको केवल गर्भावस्था के दौरान उच्च रक्तचाप होता है और आपके मूत्र में प्रोटीन या अन्य हृदय या गुर्दे की समस्याएं नहीं होती हैं। आमतौर पर इसका पता गर्भावस्था के 20 सप्ताह के बाद या प्रसव के करीब चलता है। Gestational hypertension आमतौर पर आपके जन्म देने के बाद दूर हो जाता है।

Preeclampsia: यह स्थिति केवल गर्भावस्था के दूसरे भाग में पाई जाती है (आमतौर पर गर्भावस्था के 27 सप्ताह के बाद)। यह आपके लीवर, किडनी, फेफड़े या मस्तिष्क के साथ-साथ placenta को भी प्रभावित कर सकता है। जब यह आपके मस्तिष्क को प्रभावित करता है, तो आपको दौरे (eclampsia) का खतरा होता है।

Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS) is the new name for polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS).

PCOS is no longer being viewed as just an ovarian disorder.

The shift toward PMOS - Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome reflects what endocrine research has been showing for years:
this is a full-body metabolic and hormonal condition, not simply a “cyst” problem.

Because in most women, the dysfunction starts far beyond the ovaries:
* Insulin resistance
* Hyperandrogenism
* Neuroendocrine disruption
* Chronic inflammation
* Metabolic dysfunction

That’s exactly why many women with “normal scans” still experience:

Infective endocarditis (IE) आपके हृदय वाल्वों की परत और कभी-कभी हृदय chambers की परत की संभावित घातक inflammation है। ऐसा तब होता है जब आपके शरीर में कहीं और से germs (आमतौर पर बैक्टीरिया) आपके रक्तप्रवाह में प्रवेश करते हैं और आपके हृदय वाल्व और/या हार्ट चैम्बर्स की परत से जुड़ जाते हैं और उन पर हमला करते हैं।

दंत प्रक्रियाएं (विशेषकर दांत निकालना) और एंडोस्कोपिक जांच के कारण बैक्टीरिया आपके रक्त में प्रवेश कर सकते हैं। कभी-कभी, आपके मुंह, त्वचा, आंतों, श्वसन तंत्र या urinary tract से बैक्टीरिया आपके रक्तप्रवाह में प्रवेश करने में सक्षम हो सकते हैं।

7- Sepsis

उपचार के बिना, endocarditis एक घातक बीमारी है।

अंतरराष्ट्रीय मातृ दिवस के अवसर पर 10 मई 2026 को सृजन हॉस्पिटल एवं फर्टिलिटी सेंटर द्वारा जेवणार रेस्टोरेंट में एक भव्य समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर डॉ. सविता अग्रवाल, डॉ. मेहा अग्रवाल एवं डॉ. दीपाली श्रीवास्तव द्वारा प्रसव कराई गई “सृजन मॉम्स” को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में लगभग 500 सृजन मॉम्स अपने बच्चों के साथ शामिल हुईं, जिससे पूरा वातावरण खुशियों, भावनाओं और उत्साह से भर गया।

कार्यक्रम की सबसे भावुक झलक उस समय देखने को मिली जब लोकनाथ नर्सिंग होम में डॉ. सविता अग्रवाल द्वारा जन्मी पहली बच्ची अपनी माँ और अपनी बेटी के साथ समारोह में पहुंची। विशेष बात यह रही कि उनकी बेटी का जन्म भी सृजन हॉस्पिटल में डॉ. सविता अग्रवाल द्वारा ही कराया गया था। यह तीन पीढ़ियों का अद्भुत संगम सभी के लिए बेहद भावुक और यादगार पल बन गया।

छोटे बच्चे जो अभी new born हैं उनमें एक बहुत ही common प्रॉब्लम देखने को मिलती है।

जिसमें अगर आप देखेंगे किसी के p***s में जहाँ उसकी ओपनिंग है, जहां से पेशाब निकलता है, वह normal पोजीशन पर ना आकर पीछे की तरफ खुल जाता है जिसकी वजह से जो बच्चा है जब वह पेशाब करता है तो वह सामने ना करके अपने पैरों पर करने लगता है। तो यह बहुत ही common है, जिसे hypospadias बोलते हैं।

तो यहाँ आपको ध्यान रखना है कि Hypospadias की कंडीशन में मुस्लिम जो अक्सर खतना करा लेते हैं, वह नहीं कराना है। हमेशा ध्यान रखिए कि जब भी खतना कराना है तो आप जरूर चेक करें कि जो पेशाब के रास्ते का ओपनिंग है उसका पोजीशन कहां पर है। अगर यह पीछे की तरफ है तो खतना नहीं करना है क्योंकि यही पर आपकी स्किन आपके रिपेयर में हेल्प करती है।

और यह कैसे पता चलेगा कि यह सब आपकी दिक्कतें हैं?

तो सबसे पहले जो आपका ओपनिंग होगा वह नीचे की तरफ होगा सामने नहीं होगा जिसे abnormal meatus position कहते हैं। दूसरा जब p***s erect होगा तो वह bend कर जाएगा और तीसरा जब वह diffuse होगा तो उसके ऊपर एक अलग से hood बन जाता है (जैसे जो hood वाली टीशर्ट लोग पहनते हैं वैसे टाइप हो जाता है जिसको hooded prepuce बोलते हैं) इसमें आपको extra skin दिखने लगेगा।

तो ये तीन चीज़ें जब आपको कभी दिखें तो आप समझ जाइये कि Hypospadias कंडीशन है। जब आप सही डॉक्टर के पास जाएंगे, तो इसका रिपेयर बहुत आसानी से हो जाएगा। पर कोशिश ये करना होता है कि जल्द से जल्द इसका रिपेयर 6 महीने के अंदर हो।

अपने ओपीडी में मैं हर दिन लगभग 10 ऐसे रोगियों को हृदय संबंधी समस्याओं के साथ देख रहा हूँ जो की 30 से 45 वर्ष के युवा हैं।
