Delighted to share the our new publication:

“Emerging Role of Rho-kinase Inhibitors in Ophthalmology: A Narrative Review”

This review explores the expanding therapeutic potential of Rho-kinase (ROCK) inhibitors beyond intraocular pressure reduction, including their emerging roles in corneal disease, retinal pathology, fibrosis, vascular dysfunction and cellular regeneration.

I am deeply grateful to all my co-authors — Dr. Rashmi Malhotra, Dr Sehajnoor Singh, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Dr. Ananya Kansal and Dr. Brahamjot Singh — for their valuable contributions, thoughtful insights and collaborative efforts that made this work possible.
