PCOS and PMOS describe the same condition. PMOS—or Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome—is simply the updated, medically accurate name for Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS).

Despite the new terminology, nothing has changed regarding the underlying condition itself, diagnostic criteria (like the Rotterdam criteria), or treatments. Common management plans for both PCOS and PMOS include:Lifestyle changes focusing on diet, exercise, and weight management.Medications like Metformin to address insulin resistance.Hormonal contraceptives or ovulation-induction medications depending on your family planning goals.

The "best" salt for health largely depends on your individual needs. For most healthy adults, minimally refined Himalayan Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt are the best culinary choices. However, if you are managing blood pressure or require iodine, specialized salts are medically superior.

If you keep drinking this water you will never have to go to the hospital. This is called Detox Water (Detox Water) or Infused Water!
What's put in this? 👇
*Cucumber): The green pieces visible in the water are the cucumber, which help keep the body hydrated and beat away internal heat.
*Beetroot): The light pink or red color of water is due to beetroot. It is believed to be good for cleansing the blood and speeding up the body.
* Mint: Mint leaves refresh water and are very beneficial for digestion.
* Lemon or Fruit: Orange or lemon slices are also visible at the bottom of the bottle, which are a good source of vitamin C.
Its main advantages 👇
* Body Cleansing: This water helps to flush out toxins (Toxins) from the body.
* Maintaining digestion: Drinking such water after eating does not make stomach feel heavy, balances stomach/pills.
* Good for skin: Consistent drinking of detox water improves the skin.
* Easy way to make 👇
To make it, cut vegetables and fruits finely and put them in water, and leave for 2 to 4 hours so that the extract of all the things mix well in the water. If you add curry leaves and chia seeds, it will be more multiplier. Every class can drink it.

Dietary carbohydrate intake strongly influences blood glucose regulation in humans. Lower carbohydrate intake reduces the amount of glucose entering the bloodstream after meals. This reduces the demand for insulin secretion from the pancreas and limits rapid post meal glucose rises that commonly follow carbohydrate dense eating patterns.

Controlled metabolic studies show that when carbohydrate intake is substantially reduced, the body shifts toward increased fat oxidation for energy. This shift leads to production of ketone bodies and reduced reliance on circulating glucose. In people with type two diabetes, this metabolic pattern is associated with lower average blood glucose levels over time.

Clinical observations report reductions in glycated hemoglobin values during sustained low carbohydrate dietary patterns. These effects are linked to decreased glucose variability rather than increased insulin output. The findings describe measurable metabolic responses to carbohydrate restriction without implying individual treatment decisions.

Hypothyroidism is an underactive thyroid condition where the gland fails to produce sufficient hormones, slowing metabolism. Key symptoms include extreme fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, dry skin, and depression. The most common cause is Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune disorder. While often requiring lifelong medication, the prognosis is excellent with proper treatment.

Children often spend a significant amount of time looking down at phones or tablets. This repeated posture can gradually strain the neck and shoulders. Still, the concern extends beyond physical effects.
Screen habits can influence how children connect with their environment. Staying in one position for long periods may reduce movement, limit real-life interaction, and decrease opportunities for hands-on learning.
Developing brains need a wide range of experiences, including conversation, outdoor activity, creativity, and social bonding. When screens replace too much of this variety, key developmental inputs may be lost.
This does not mean screens should be completely avoided. Instead, the focus should be on balance and mindful usage.
Parents can guide children by encouraging movement, setting screen limits, and making space for real-world interaction. Balance supports both the body and the mind.

Drinking Refrigerated water can lead to several health-related demerits, including slowed digestion, throat irritation and increased mucus formation, potential headache triggers (especially for migraineurs), solidified fat intake during meals, and reduced heart rate.

Key Health Demerits of Cold Fridge Water:

Impaired Digestion: Cold water can shrink blood vessels, hindering digestion and limiting nutrient absorption.

Solidified Fats: Consuming ice-cold water during or after a meal can solidify dietary fats, making them harder for the body to break down.

Respiratory & Throat Issues: The temperature shock can cause throat irritation, induce colds, and increase mucus buildup.

Headaches & Sensitivity: It can trigger headaches, particularly for those with existing migraines, and cause sensitivity in teeth.

Body Temperature Shock: After a workout, drinking very cold water can shock the system, rather than refreshing
