It was an honor to be invited as a Resource Person for today's Edmund Rice Justice Meet 2026, an event organized by the Social Justice Wing of St. Patrickโ€™s Higher Secondary School in collaboration with St. Vincentโ€™s High & Technical School, Asansol.

I conducted a workshop session focusing on a critical topic for todayโ€™s youth: "Managing Stress, Anxiety, and Academic Pressure." This session provided an opportunity to interact with students from over 22 schools in Asansol.
