Ruban Eye Hospital was founded on April 22nd, 2025, by a group of dedicated local people including skilled and experienced doctors. The hospital has emerged as a beacon of excellence in eye care, providing top-notch diagnostic, treatment, and surgical services to patients. THE AIM WAS- To create a pe

rmanent, specialist eye hospital accessible to everyone in the community, regardless of their ability to pay for cataract surgery. To co-operate and not compete with other community eye hospital in Bihar. OUR VISION is to help eliminate curable blindness and visual impairment by providing affordable and accessible eye health services in low-income regions. OUR MISSION is to provide 50 THOUSAND sight restoring eye surgeries and primary care to 2 LAKH of the poorest sections; from these regions by 2030. STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES (TILL 2030)
We aim to :
• Make Aurangabad Bihar blind-free by 2030
• Eliminate curable blindness & visual impairment from Aurangabad (Bihar) districts
• To sustain, become the first choice in affordable eye health for rural communities
