Coming to coorg always feels like a hug — but this time, it was extra special. I got to sit with a few bright young minds, helping them explore their strengths and dreams through career assessments.

It’s fulfilling in a different way when you get to give back to the place that shaped you. 💛

I’ll be back in Coorg this September, ready to guide more kids as they navigate their next steps. Can’t wait to be back doing what I love in the place I love the most.

Experiencing Siemens’ commitment to employee mental wellness up close was incredibly uplifting.

Reflecting back on my own corporate career, I can’t help but wonder: if this kind of support had been available then, how differently things might have felt—how much more resilient and understood we could have been.
