“Sleep Well, Live Better.” 💤

On this World Sleep Day (March 13, 2026), we are reminded that quality sleep is not a luxury—it is a non-negotiable pillar of our health. Consistent, restorative sleep is the anchor for a strong immune system and improved mental well-being.

Our Director of Education and Operations, Pooja Karkera, shares essential rituals to help you master your sleep:

⏰ Stick to a Schedule: Maintain a consistent wake-up and bedtime.
☀️ Smart Napping: Limit daytime naps to 45 minutes or less.
🏃 Exercise Wisely: Regular activity is great, but avoid intense workouts right before bed.
☕ Mind Your Intake: Avoid excessive alcohol and skip caffeine at least 6 hours before sleep.
🛌 The Sanctuary Rule: Keep your bedroom well-ventilated, quiet, and dark. Use your bed only for sleep—not for hanging out!

Let’s stop viewing sleep as a choice and start treating it as the essential aspect of life it truly is.

How are you prioritizing your sleep tonight? Tell us in the comments! 👇
