Are we doing enough, are we really reaching people who need to talk to someone. I ask myself this question, everyday.Why is it so difficult to reach out? Depression, distress, anger, hatred, loneliness... is slowly eating us.
This taboo of visiting or talking to a counsellor is so deeply ingrained that even those who are suffering both in mind and body are unwilling to talk. What is it that stops us?
What is it that allows us to suffer, what is it that suffering takes precedence over asking for help. Why are we wearing a happy mask ?
