Let’s continue with Mr. Loopy’s health journey!

Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT) exposes the body to carefully controlled cycles of lower oxygen and higher oxygen while you sit comfortably and relax.

These oxygen fluctuations act as a signal for your body to:
✅ Improve mitochondrial efficiency
✅ Enhance oxygen utilization
✅ Support recovery and resilience
✅ Promote cellular renewal
✅ Prepare for physical and mental challenges

The best part? During an IHHT session, there’s nothing strenuous to do. Simply relax, breathe naturally, and allow your body to adapt.

Whether you’re an athlete preparing for altitude, a professional looking to optimize performance, or someone seeking better energy and recovery, IHHT trains the body where it matters most—at the cellular level.

Swipe through to see what actually happens during an IHHT session.

What actually happens to the body at high altitudes?

As you ascend, atmospheric pressure drops, meaning oxygen molecules spread far apart. Every breath you take delivers less oxygen to your blood, forcing your heart and lungs to work twice as hard. This often leads to fatigue, headaches, and altitude sickness.

That is where an Altitude Trainer comes in. By dynamically filtering the air to safely simulate higher altitudes, it triggers strategic hypoxic stress while you are safely at sea level. This forces your body to adapt ahead of time by:

Increasing red blood cell production to carry more oxygen.

Enhancing mitochondrial efficiency (your powerhouse of the cell) to produce more energy with less resources.

Conditioning your cardiovascular system to handle low-oxygen environments without panicking.

Let’s decode the DRS- Dhoni Response System🦁

In a recent interview, Captain Cool speaks about the importance of breathing under pressure and the impact it can have on performance.🧘🏻‍♀️

There is extensive research backing the correlation between breathing and sports performance, some of which is referenced in the slides above. ⬆️

A big thank you to for this opportunity to facilitate a workshop on ~ The art of coaching GenZ 🏸

Coaching athletes in today’s world comes with a different challenge - learning how to work with technology, rather than without it📱

A great session with badminton coaches on exploring practical ways to build accountability, communication, and stronger athlete-coach relationships in the age of technology.

Some key conversations from the workshop with :
• Using technology as a helping hand instead of a restriction
• Encouraging athletes to take ownership and explore skills beyond the session
• Using social media intentionally to reinforce learning and coaching messages
• Reflecting on the values and behaviours coaches want to model and develop
• Building better communication and stronger connections with athletes

Coaching today is not just about instruction- it’s about understanding the environment athletes are growing up in and adapting with it 💪

The same breath that makes you stronger
can also make you choke.

The Valsalva Maneuver builds power and stability.
But use it at the wrong time—and your body shifts into stress.

Tight. Rushed. Reactive.

Performance isn’t just skill.
It’s timing your physiology.

Use your breath intentionally.
