It was an honour and privilege to be part of the 23rd National Conference of the Cochlear Implant Group of India (CIGICON 2026), held at Agra, Uttar Pradesh. It was a wonderful opportunity to contribute as an Invited Faculty, sharing insights on “Artefact Reduction Sequences in MRI after Cochlear and Osia Implants – A Total Game Changer” and participating as a Panelist in the session on “Refining Pre- and Post-Operative Protocols in Bone Conduction Implants.”

The conference provided an excellent platform for meaningful academic exchange, sharing experiences, and discussing the latest advancements in cochlear and hearing implant care.

My special thanks to Dr. Rajeev Pachuri, Dr. Meenakshi Wadheera,, Dr. Sunil Dutt and the entire organizing team of CIGI for the kind invitation, warm hospitality, and for organizing such a well-structured and academically enriching conference.

It was truly a pleasure to be part of this wonderful academic gathering and contribute to the continued advancement of precision, partnership, and progress in cochlear implant care.

Honoured to participate as Invited Faculty at SEOCON International Conference 2026, to be held at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Mangaluru.

I look forward to delivering lectures on Skull Base Paragangliomas: State of the Art, conducting Microscopic Temporal Bone Demonstrations, and participating in discussions on Simultaneous Implantation alongside Skull Base Surgery.

It was an honour and privilege to be part of Neurotology to Skull Base Kolkata 2026, a focused academic meeting dedicated to advancing Neuro-otology and Skull Base Surgery. It was a pleasure delivering my Key Note lecture on "Future Directions in Skull Base Surgery" and Moderating an expert panel on challenging skull base disorders alongside distinguished faculty and colleagues.

Honoured to participate as Faculty at Neuro 2 Skull – Kolkata 2026, a focused academic forum on Neuro-otology and Skull Base Surgery.

I look forward to delivering my lecture on "Future Directions in Skull Base Surgery" and participating in expert panel discussions on Skull Base Osteomyelitis with Carotid Involvement, Refractory CSF Leak, Vestibular Schwannoma with Serviceable Hearing, Cochlear Implantation in Ossified Cochlear, Temporal Bone Malignancy, and Anterior Skull Base Tumours.

A significant milestone in the management of complex skull base tumours.

A 56-year-old patient with a rare, giant skull base chondrosarcoma involving multiple critical neurovascular structures successfully underwent an extraordinary 36-hour single-stage surgery, followed by advanced facial nerve reanimation.

Managing such rare and highly complex skull base tumours demands meticulous planning, surgical precision, endurance, and seamless multidisciplinary collaboration. I am grateful to my colleagues from Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Critical Care, Nursing, and Rehabilitation for their exceptional teamwork and commitment throughout this challenging journey.

The patient made a favourable neurological recovery and was discharged in a stable condition—another reminder of what is possible when experience, teamwork, and patient-centred care come together.

It was an honor and privilege to be part of the International Otology Workshop (IOW) 2026 held at Bombay Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. The workshop organised by my brother Dr Meenesh Juvekar, provided an outstanding academic platform for meaningful discussions on complex challenges and evolving concepts in Lateral Skull Base surgery.

It was a pleasure interacting with distinguished faculty members and colleagues from across the globe. I was especially glad to It was an honor and privilege to be part of the International Otology Workshop (IOW) 2026 held at Bombay Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. The workshop provided an outstanding academic platform for meaningful discussions on complex challenges and evolving concepts in Lateral
Skull Base surgery.

It was a pleasure interacting with distinguished faculty members and colleagues from across the globe. I was especially glad to reconnect with my dear friend Prof. Badr El Dine and also Prof. Richard Irving during the conference.
