Same curd. Two completely different results.
A member messaged me last month: "I eat curd every single day for my gut. Why am I still bloated every morning?"
I asked one question. What time?
"After dinner. Around 10."
That was the whole problem. Not the curd. The clock.
Here's the thing nobody explains β curd is a heavy food. Thick, cold, sour, dense. Your digestion is strongest at midday and weakest after sunset. Heavy food + weak fire = it doesn't digest, it ferments.
That's where the morning heaviness comes from. The coated tongue. The blocked nose you blamed on dust. The gas you blamed on your dinner.
So we didn't remove her curd. We changed its form.
1 part curd. 3 parts room-temp water. Churn 2 minutes, skim the butter off the top. Pinch of rock salt, roasted jeera, a few curry leaves. Drink it with lunch.
This is takra β buttermilk. Same ingredient, opposite effect. Curd sits on your gut. Takra cleans it.
Day 9 she messaged again: "I didn't feel heavy after lunch today. Is that it?"
That's it. That's the whole fix.
