World Heart Day & Nutrition Day Celebrations 🫀🥗

Today, we came together with our doctors and staff to focus on heart health, nutrition and healthier everyday choices.

The celebration was followed by a CPR Awareness Session conducted by Dr. Pavan, Consultant – Emergency Medicine, where participants received practical guidance on basic CPR and how to respond during a cardiac emergency.

We thank everyone who joined us and participated in the programme.
