Here’s a short educational reel script (under 90 seconds):

🎥 HOOK:

“Many couples think IVF is the last step before giving up. That’s a common fertility myth.”

👨‍⚕️ MAIN SCRIPT:

IVF is not the last option.

It’s simply a treatment that helps overcome specific fertility problems.

Many couples delay IVF because they think it should be saved for the end.

But fertility is closely linked to time.

For conditions like low ovarian reserve, blocked tubes, severe endometriosis, advanced age, or severe male factor infertility, delaying IVF can lower success rates.

The goal isn’t to do IVF last.

It’s to choose the treatment with the best chance of pregnancy at the right time.

🎯 CLOSING:

“Don’t ask, ‘When should I do IVF?’ Ask, ‘What’s the best treatment for my fertility condition right now?’”

:::

Caption:

IVF is not a treatment of last resort. It’s a scientifically proven fertility treatment that may be the right option much earlier for certain couples. The biggest mistake is often waiting too long. Early evaluation can save valuable time and improve pregnancy outcomes.

Behind every crying baby …
there are years of prayers, tears, injections, hope, and never giving up.” ❤️👶

Adenomyosis can negatively affect implantation even with good quality embryos. Pretreatment before embryo transfer may improve uterine receptivity in selected patients. Relugolix is emerging as an important oral option in this space.

Freezing semen before IVF is not a backup plan. It’s smart planning.

Whether it’s travel, stress on egg retrieval day, low s***m count, difficulty giving a sample, or medical treatment ahead, semen freezing helps reduce pressure and gives couples one less thing to worry about during IVF.

A simple step today can protect future fertility options tomorrow. ❄️🧬

Many couples think IVF should only be the “last option.”

But in some cases, waiting too long with repeated failed IUIs can reduce precious reproductive time.

This is especially important in:
✔️ Low AMH
✔️ Advanced maternal age
✔️ Severe male infertility
✔️ Blocked tubes
✔️ Severe endometriosis
✔️ Recurrent failed IUIs

And this is the difficult truth:

Fertility is deeply connected to time.

IUI is a wonderful treatment for the RIGHT couple.
But the goal is not to keep repeating treatment cycles endlessly.

The goal is a healthy pregnancy.

One of the most emotional moments in fertility practice is when couples say:
“We wish someone had guided us earlier.”

If you are confused about IUI vs IVF, save this reel and get a proper fertility evaluation early ❤️

What successful IVF patients do differently 💙

After treating thousands of fertility patients, one thing becomes very clear:

The couples who handle IVF better are not the ones who “stress less” or “think positive all the time.”

They are the ones who stay informed, consistent, and emotionally prepared for the journey.

Successful IVF patients usually:
✔️ Ask questions and understand their treatment
✔️ Stop comparing themselves to social media success stories
✔️ Focus on sleep, nutrition, and routine instead of miracle remedies
✔️ Understand that one failed cycle does not define their future
✔️ Build trust with their fertility specialist and stay patient with the process

IVF is not just about embryos and injections.
It is also about resilience, realistic expectations, and continuing despite uncertainty.

And this is important to remember:

A failed IVF cycle does NOT mean you cannot become parents. Sometimes treatment needs adjustment, better embryo selection, lifestyle optimization, or simply more time.

If you are trying to conceive naturally, planning IVF, dealing with infertility, low AMH, PCOS, recurrent IVF failure, male infertility, or embryo transfer anxiety… you are not alone.

Tired of failed embryo transfers? 💔 It might be a timing issue.
An ERA (Endometrial Receptivity Analysis) is a biopsy that looks at the genes in your uterine lining to find your exact “Window of Implantation.” Standard protocols assume everyone needs exactly 120 hours of progesterone, but about 30% of women are actually pre- or post-receptive!
When to advocate for an ERA:
1️⃣ You’ve had 2+ failed transfers with euploid (genetically normal) embryos.
2️⃣ You have a limited number of embryos left and want to minimize risk.
3️⃣ Your doctor suspects a displaced implantation window.
Questions to ask your Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE):
“Given my transfer history, do you think we are missing my receptive window?”
“Would you recommend an ERA or a mock cycle before we transfer our next embryo?”
“Do you think a biopsy like an ERA or Alice/Emma test makes sense for us right now?”

How many IVF attempts are too many?”
One of the most searched fertility questions online.

The truth is there is no fixed limit for IVF treatment. Success depends on age, egg quality, s***m quality, embryo quality, and the reason for infertility.

A failed IVF cycle does not always mean IVF cannot work. Sometimes the next cycle succeeds after changing the IVF protocol, improving embryo quality, treating hidden fertility issues, or optimising lifestyle factors.

The goal is not just repeating IVF treatment… it is improving the chances with every cycle.

If you are struggling with infertility, speak to a fertility specialist and understand the reason behind failed IVF before planning the next step. ❤️
