Grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Summer Camp at Anantha Academy of Special Needs on 6th–7th April 🌼
The camp was beautifully structured into three parts, and I had the joy of facilitating the Soul segment where the focus was on fun, expression, and meaningful learning.
It was truly special to bring together two of my passions that is, theatre and special education 🎭💛
Through theatre-based games and activities, the children engaged, expressed, and enjoyed themselves. Watching them participate was incredibly fulfilling.
A heartfelt thank you to Sharmila and the entire team for trusting me with this experience and giving me the space to connect, create, and contribute.
Looking forward to many more such meaningful collaborations ✨

Grateful for the opportunity to be part of a beautiful summer camp at Asha Kiran on 1st April, hosted by 18 Not Out 🌼
The camp was thoughtfully designed for truly student-focused with a perfect blend of fun and learning. It was a joy to introduce the kids to the rich world of Indian folk art. We explored Warli, Madhubani, and Gond art together, and I was amazed by their curiosity and eagerness to understand the origins behind each form 🎨
A heartfelt thank you to Sunil and Ligi for trusting me with this experience, and to both organizations for creating such meaningful spaces for children 💛

Had the opportunity to conduct a “3-day workshop” with the debt collection team at , HSR Bangalore.

We focused on something really important which is shifting from “transactional communication” to “human-centred communication”

This meant:
• Understanding borrower psychology
• Listening with presence
• Improving tone, pacing & language
• Learning emotional regulation during tough conversations
• Practicing real-life call simulations

What stayed with me was the team’s openness to learn and reflect. It’s powerful to see organisations breaking stereotypes around debt collection and choosing empathy over pressure, and seeing borrowers as “humans first.”

Grateful for this experience 🤍

If your organisation is looking to bring in psychology, emotional intelligence, and human-centred practices into your teams, I’d love to collaborate.

Mindful Cinema is screening Two Days, One Night, a deeply moving film that offers an intimate look into the lived experience of clinical depression.
The story follows a woman who has just one weekend to meet her co-workers and convince them to give up their bonuses so she can keep her job. As she goes door to door, the film gently unfolds her emotional vulnerability, fragile self-worth, and quiet resilience. It captures the invisible weight of depression that leads to the exhaustion, self-doubt, and isolation while also highlighting dignity, courage, and human connection.
This screening will be followed by a guided reflective discussion focused on understanding clinical depression beyond labels and stigma. Instead of clinical jargon, the conversation will explore empathy, emotional awareness, and the human realities behind mental health struggles.
Mindful Cinema blends storytelling and psychology, using films as a safe space to spark meaningful, nonjudgmental dialogue around mental health.
Open to students, professionals, caregivers, and anyone interested in cinema and emotional well-being.

7 years. And I never properly introduced myself here.

Maybe I wasn’t sure if I was “worthy enough.”
Maybe I wondered, “Will people even care?”
But thanks to this ChatGPT trend (who knew 😛), I finally found my cue.

So hi 👋
I’m Shraddha Modi, founder of N-Bloom 🌼

I’m a
🧠 Psychologist
🧩 Behaviour Therapist
🌈 Special Educator
✨ Aspiring Hypnotherapist
🎭 Playback Actor
🎬 And your friendly neighbourhood mental health movie screener

I come from the behavioural school of psychology (because honestly… watching how behaviour shapes the world is FASCINATING).
Yes, I practice other approaches too like CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based therapy, stress management but behavioural psychology has my heart.

I work with children and adults.
My specialization? Special needs, emotional regulation, stress, and helping humans bloom in their own messy-beautiful ways 🌿

I screen films on mental health.
I create spaces to feel.
I hold sessions that are safe, real and non-judgmental.

And if you ever want to reach out please do.
Don’t let “fees” stop you. Mental health matters more to me than that. 🤍

This page is not just content.
It’s years of work, vulnerability, theatre, conversations, breakdowns, breakthroughs, and blooming.

If you’ve been here then thank you.
If you’re new “welcome to N-Bloom” 🌼

Let’s grow together.
